Cancellations & Refund Policy
At ESo Experiences, we design immersive wellness journeys that require thoughtful planning and collaboration. This policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our expert facilitators.
Our Philosophy
Our policy aims to balance flexibility for you while respecting the time and commitment of our facilitators, venues, and partners.
For Ticketed Experiences
- Cancellations made 5 or more days prior: 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 2–4 days prior: No refund, but reschedule available once within 6 months.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund or reschedule.
- No-shows: Not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Transfer Option: You can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member by contacting us at support@esoexperiences.in or call +91-63553-95221 at least 24 hours before the experience.
If ESo Cancels or Postpones
If an experience is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may opt for a full refund or credit for a future experience within 6 months.
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of cancellation.
- The refund is credited to the original payment method used during booking.
For Private & Corporate Experiences
Cancellations for private or corporate bookings are managed individually depending on the scale, venue, and customisation. The applicable policy will be shared during booking confirmation.
